Reception and Administrative Team
Our reception and administrative team are the first point of contact for patients. They ensure the smooth running of the practice, assist with appointments, queries, and documentation, and help create a welcoming and organised experience for everyone who visits us.
When you telephone the practice receptionists will ask you for a few details. They have been trained to manage these enquiries so that we can help you in the most appropriate way. Strict confidentiality is maintained by all staff on all matters relating to the health of our patients.
Reception staff are here to help you but their job is very demanding, and they are often very busy. So please be patient.
