Dr. Niamh Gallagher is an experienced General Practitioner who has been caring for patients for more than 25 years. She graduated from University College Galway in 1992, began full-time general practice in 1998, and has been at her current practice in Carlow since 2001.
Dr. Gallagher provides comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families, with a strong commitment to continuity, clear communication, and a holistic approach that supports health and wellbeing at every stage of life.
Dr. Gallagher’s post graduate qualifications include Diploma in Paediatrics, Diploma in Gynaecology & Obstetrics and Diploma in Medicine of the Elderly and MICGP.
Dr. Gallagher is dedicated to creating a supportive, compassionate environment for her patients, helping them feel informed, empowered, and actively involved in their health.
